Brew Crew 21: Doppelbock by Dahlen

A classic big boy German lager, this copper beauty is full of rich malt flavours - sweet, but not cloying with toasty & bready notes from generous amounts of munich malt. Our brewer Dahlen wanted to brew this Doppelbock for its rich, smooth, bread-like characteristics, to warm the body & soul in the depths of winter. Best drunk in the presence of a fireplace.
